Located within an industrial park, the property was originally home to a porcelain factory.
1995
The previous site owners operated as a recycling facility for liquids and Blue Box materials.
2004
CLP purchases the property and continues
the previous owners’ liquid processing and Blue Box materials recycling operations.
2025
CLP is selected to operate the residential
Blue Box receiving facility under Ontario’s new recycling program.

We prioritize people and sustainability in how we do business
During the COVID-19 pandemic, CLP retooled its liquids processing line to create a sustainable hand sanitizer to meet the demands of the community.
As part of our Community Care Program, 10% of our hand sanitizer production was donated to community groups including Hamilton EMS, the Ronald McDonald House in Hamilton and Cancer Assistance Programs
